For the second year in a row, BLOMSTEIN ranks amongst the top 50 employers for lawyers in Germany according to the azur100 ranking.
BLOMSTEIN associates particularly emphasized the “authentic family atmosphere” and the “clear commitment to work-life balance”. They consider BLOMSTEIN “like a start-up, but without its risks and disadvantages”. azur’s editors highlight the “new educational program for trainees” and the “extensive professional development package” for associates.
The azur100 ranking, issued by German legal publishing house JUVE, determines the top 100 employers for lawyers in Germany annually. The evaluation is based on different factors such as job-satisfaction, new hires, salary and reputation of the respective employer.
BLOMSTEIN ranks 43rd in the 2018 edition of the annual azur100 ranking of the top 100 employers for lawyers.
BLOMSTEIN associates have inter alia highlighted the “great working atmosphere”, “good training opportunities”, and “good work distribution”. Altogether, BLOMSTEIN stands out for its excellent ratings in the category “associate satisfaction”.
In this context, azur remarks: “Young lawyers are the happiest in small law firms. For years now, they have performed better in the azur survey with regard to associate satisfaction than large and medium-sized law firms – e.g. with regard to the working atmosphere or the high level of their work content.”
