On 13 February 2020 the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law (SIL) Anti-Corruption Committee and the ABA Public Contract Law Section (PCLS) Suspension and Debarment Committee offer a dial-in conference call. The committees come together for an informal lunchtime session to discuss recent developments in international debarment.
Christopher Yukins (professor at George Washington University Law School) will focus on the newest international models for debarment as well as on the potential global impact of new electronic marketplaces on debarment. BLOMSTEIN partner Pascal Friton will discuss how the European Union’s member states are handling exclusion and debarment. Additionally, Grace Sullivan (student at George Washington University Law School) will present three case studies regarding the debarment of foreign contractors by the U.S. government.
