Independent responsible working

You work in small, specialised teams with a high degree of responsibility and direct client / agency contact from day one.

Work Life Balance

Individual part time arrangements (e.g. during a Ph.D. or other life projects) and extra holiday models; we, of course, enable and encourage our associates to take paternity leave.

Home Office

We like being in the office together with the whole team; however, we enable home office work for everyone interested.


We have put together a comprehensive training program, the BLOMSTEIN Academy, tailored to all seniority levels, including professional and soft skill trainings (e.g. negotiation skills, rhetorics).

Profile Building

We support the participation of our associates in expert conferences, their own contributions through speeches / panel talks and the publishing of academic articles.

Entrepreneurial thinking

Proactive initiatives and building client relationships are being supported from the start and rewarded through a turnover-based “acquisition bonus”.


Beyond a certain seniority level, we facilitate client secondments for our associates; having the possibility of taking the client perspective for a change helps to give even better legal advice.
