BLOMSTEIN advised Helsing in landmark Series E Financing Round

As in previous financing rounds, BLOMSTEIN advised Helsing on its Series E financing, which raised a total of USD 1.8 billion and values the company at USD 18 billion.  

The Series E round is the largest private financing round in German history and represents a major milestone for both Helsing and the wider European defence technology ecosystem. Both new and existing investors participated in the round, including Dragoneer Investment Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Disruptive, Iconiq, Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, JPMorganChase, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), General Catalyst, Plural, and Stepstone.   As in previous rounds, BLOMSTEIN worked closely alongside YPOG. The BLOMSTEIN team was led by Dr. Roland M. Stein and Dr. Leonard von Rummel and included Elisa Steinhöfel, Marcelo Sequeira de Sousa, Paula S.
