Annual Symposium on Exclusion and Debarment

On 18 March 2019, the Annual Symposium on Exclusion and Debarment co-hosted by George Washington University Law School and the Dickson Poon School of Law will take place at King’s College London.

The symposium brings together judges, officials, attorneys and academics from across the European Union and the United States and provides a platform to discuss the best ways towards a common approach to transatlantic legal issues in government contracting. This year’s symposium will focus on exclusion and debarment. Pascal Friton will be a panelist in Panel III: View from the Private Bar.
