Katharina Weiner and Stefanie Zenzen Join BLOMSTEIN
We are happy that the experienced team of Katharina Weiner (partner) and Stefanie Zenzen (associate) will join our Düsseldorf office in the third quarter of 2026 from an international law firm. They both bring extensive experience advising leading national and international companies as well as public sector clients on complex procurement, regulatory, and strategic infrastructure matters.

Katharina Weiner is widely recognized as one of Germany’s leading public procurement specialists. Over the course of her career, she has built a distinguished reputation at the intersection of regulatory law and strategic industrial projects. She is particularly well known for her work in the healthcare sector and has more recently established herself as a trusted advisor on defence-related matters.
Her practice focuses on complex procurement, regulatory, and state aid issues, as well as large-scale investment and transformation projects, including in the semiconductor and critical infrastructure sectors.
