The World Bank has published a systematic study of exclusion systems. The study presents different suspension and debarment systems.
Experts including private practitioners, government officials and academics of eleven jurisdictions participated in the global survey conducted by the World Bank. The objective was “to gather knowledge and comparable data” of the respective systems. The study shows the results of the survey and gives an overview of the different exclusion mechanisms, grounds for exclusion and scope of exclusions in the eleven jurisdictions by highlighting the similarities and differences.
BLOMSTEIN contributed to this study with input on exclusions in Europe and Germany.
