BLOMSTEIN successfully advised the deep-tech company Helsing in the Series C Financing Round

As in the previous Series A 2021 and Series B 2023 financing rounds, BLOMSTEIN also supported the DeepTech company Helsing in its EUR 450 million Series C financing round with regard to foreign direct investment control law.

This year's financing round was led by General Catalyst, with participation from Elad Gil, Accel, Saab, Lightspeed, Plural and Greenoaks. Helsing was founded in 2021 and has offices in Germany, France, UK, Ukraine and Estonia. As a technology and software company of the latest generation, it has a focus on developing AI capabilities for the security and defense sectors.

As in the previous financing rounds, BLOMSTEIN is advising Helsing together with the YPOG. The team on our side consists of Dr. Roland M. Stein, Dr. Leonard von Rummel and Elisa Steinhöfel. Many thanks to Helsing and the entire YPOG team for the trust placed in us!
