The 3rd edition of the legal publishing house Nomos’ commentary on public procurement law has just been published. Two BLOMSTEIN lawyers have participated in the project: Roland Stein and Pascal Friton have contributed as authors with regard to the most relevant provisions dealing with the awards of concessions. The comprehensive publication provides a commentary of all relevant rules in German public procurement law and includes all significant and fundamental changes of the past few years.
