Chiara Flora advises German and international clients on international trade and public procurement law matters and represents them in legal proceedings before the German and European courts as well as before the procurement review bodies. She also advises on ESG-related regulatory requirements.
Chiara is admitted to the German Bar and member of the German Women Lawyers Association (DJB e.V.).

Chiara studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and the University of Padua, specializing in international and European law.
After passing her first state examination, she worked for the Federal Ministry of Justice in the field of EU coordination. She subsequently completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European law at Panthéon-Assas University in Paris.
Chiara completed her legal traineeship at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht Berlin), including placements at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, a major law firm in Berlin and an international commercial law firm in Athens.
