Stefanie Zenzen advises German and international clients on all aspects of national and European public procurement law. She supports both contracting authorities and bidders in complex procurement projects and represents clients in procurement and review proceedings. A particular focus of her practice is the Defence & Security sector.

In addition, Stefanie advises German and international clients on State aid and regulatory law matters.

CV

Stefanie studied law at the University of Cologne, specializing in European and Public International Law. After passing her First State Examination, she worked for the European Chemicals Agency in Helsinki and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law at the University of Helsinki.

She completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Cologne (Landgericht Köln), including placements with the European Commission's Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS) and with an international law firm in Cologne and Manila.

Before joining BLOMSTEIN, Stefanie worked as an Associate in the areas of public procurement law and regulatory law at a leading international law firm.
