Paula graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and has a specialization in Legal and Political Sciences from University of Lisbon – Faculty of Law.

Before joining BLOMSTEIN, Paula worked in the compliance department at a leading law firm in Portugal and at multinational European financial institutions. She has experience in complex cross-border regulatory compliance matters.
