Ines Florinde Horn advises German and international clients on international trade and public procurement law. She represents them in legal proceedings before the German and European courts as well as before the procurement review bodies.
Ines is a member of the German Women Lawyers Association (DJB e.V.).

Vita
Ines studied law at the University of Cologne, specialising in tax and accounting law. She subsequently obtained a Masters of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto, Canada. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Wolfram Höfling at the Institute of Constitutional Law, and at the University of Toronto where she assisted University Professor of Law and Philosophy David Dyzenhaus, Albert Abel Chair. After her first state exam, she worked as a research assistant at BLOMSTEIN and at a major international law firm. Ines completed her legal traineeship (Referendariat) at the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht Berlin), including placements at the Berlin Administrative Court and a specialist public law firm.
