In her role as Head of Operations at BLOMSTEIN, Franziska Buske is responsible for managing all internal processes efficiently. She leads the operations team, including Human Resources, Business Development/PR, Finance, Office Management, Project Management, and Events, and drives the continuous development and optimisation of internal workflows.
Franziska is also a co‑founder of LawBiz Innovators, a network for professionals shaping the future of law firm management. In this capacity, she regularly organises nationwide events on law firm operations and organisational development.

Franziska studied law at Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg and Wuhan University in China. She completed her first state exam at the University of Münster. Franziska then obtained a master’s in international management (M.A., MBA) with a focus on Sports and Event Management in Berlin and Madrid. She has extensive cross-industry experience in project management. Prior to joining BLOMSTEIN, she was Chief of Staff at the healthcare law boutique D+B Lawyers for four years, where she was responsible for developing the areas communication, human resources, and project management, as well as for redesigning internal processes.
